The House in the Hill balances rustic elements with sophisticated finishes. Stone and wood unite the interior and exterior in a seamless design. The new-construction home features a two-story glass formal entry on the lower level facing the street. Expansive windows on the main living level open it to the backyard and park creating an indoor experience that feels connected to the outdoors. A glass railing frames an overlook of the front entry. A dramatic wood ceiling arcs over the main living, dining and front entry spaces tying them together. The rear courtyard has a screened porch and Argentine grille.
